Lab Member Fall 2005
Tiffany’s interests as an undergraduate were in conservation biology, with a particular focus on marine ecosystems. She would like to inform others of the importance of human influence on the survival of these ecosystems. She also worked intently on her scuba diving career in order to be able to study marine life and ecosystems under the water as well as above.
In the Gerber lab, Tiffany worked extensively in the field and entered and analyzed data gathered on the California sea lions in the Gulf of California. She learned behavioral patterns as well as how important it is to keep track of these animals in order to better understand them.
