RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am concerned with answering questions involving conservation biology and adaptive management. I strive to do this by combining quantitative modeling techniques with my knowledge of ecology, population demography and animal behavior. Currently, I am working on developing new methods for censusing California sea lion behavior in the Gulf of California, Mexico.
