RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am an
undergraduate junior at ASU, majoring in Conservation Biology. I'm
interested in many aspects of biology and its history including:
paleontology, ecology, ornithology, genetics, wildlife management, and
especially conservation. This is my second year in the Gerber Lab and in the
SOLUR program, and I'm now working as a Researcher on a project with Ramona
Flatz and my fellow undergrad Alissa Rickborn. We are looking at relatedness
in male sea lions in comparison to the total population's relatedness on the
islands of San Jorge and Los Islotes. I look forward to the continuing
analysis of our data, and hope to present a poster in the SOLUR
Undergraduate Poster Symposium in the spring of 2009
